ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 2.5 years as a team member, which helped build a strong foundation in the business.

I attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and am a proud parent of three. We enjoy spending time together as a family, especially attending games and staying active in the community.

We’re involved with local organizations and education foundations, and we’re passionate about supporting youth, including teaching a youth group at our church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jace Foreman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
