ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 2.5 years as a team member, which helped build a strong foundation in the business.
I attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and am a proud parent of three. We enjoy spending time together as a family, especially attending games and staying active in the community.
We’re involved with local organizations and education foundations, and we’re passionate about supporting youth, including teaching a youth group at our church.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jace Foreman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
